Available RCH Services are very poor in our project area. These sub-centers identified as the underserved and inaccessible areas at the District level. In order to ensure people’s access to RCH information, counseling and health services. We have been undertaking RCH-II project in Mananda, Genteisahi and Ektali Sub-center area of Jashipur Block under Mayurbhanj district. The total term of the project is 3 years. The aim of the project to reduce unmet needs of couples, maternal, child and infant morbidity and mortality. RTI / STI prevalence rate under the program we have been taking up following strategies awareness building. Strengthening the different stakeholders and institutions. Strengthening facilities and services to access the health services to the needy people.
